Valuation of work carried out to date, agreement of variations, & forecasting/agreement of final accounts

We provide a full post contract quantity surveying service to the client ensuring value for money with strict cost control from contract commencement through to the final account. With agreement of interim valuations, variations & the final account, we ensure the client receives value for money throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Quantity Surveying & Estimating Service for building contractors & sub contractor’s

We provide a competitive tendering service for both main contractors and subcontractors. We also carry out all post contract quantity surveying duties, including on site measurement, preparation of valuations, variations & final accounts.
